Welcome to the official website of the Southeast Wisconsin Education Consortium (SEWEC).
SEWEC was fueled by the commonality and desire of the Higher Ed community to bring access of educational resources into the workplace. SEWEC provides access to nineteen member institutions representing the southeast area of Wisconsin. Member institutions include Universities - both state and private liberal arts, Community Colleges, and Technical Institutions. Through one single source employers can tap into the incredible range of education opportunities offered in the area, from non-credit, associate degree, online programs, and bachelor degrees - all the way through graduate programs. While employers get fast access to a vast array of institutions through a single contact, the ultimate goal is to provide access to quality education for all employees in Southeastern Wisconsin. Working together, we can help employees keep their jobs through improvement of skills and knowledge, which directly and positively impacts the profitability of employers and the economic health of the state. |
